How Companies Get Verified Before Posting Jobs

Every company that registers on the platform goes through a review before their job postings go live. Here's what that process looks like: 1. The company submits its business details along with GST and registration documents. 2. The account is created with a Pending status and cannot post jobs yet. 3. Our admin team reviews the submitted profile and documents. 4. The company is either Approved or Rejected, with a reason provided if rejected. 5. Once approved, the company can log in, choose a package, and start posting jobs. This process exists to protect candidates from fake listings and give genuine employers a trusted place to hire. If you're a candidate, this means every job you see has passed through a real verification step before reaching you.
