Every application moves through clear stages — Applied, Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview, and Selected or Rejected. You can track the current status of each application from your candidate dashboard.
OTPs expire after 10 minutes for security. If yours expired or you didn't receive it, use the "Resend OTP" option on the verification screen to get a new one.

Yes. Creating a candidate account, building your profile and applying to jobs is completely free for job seekers.
No. Once you've applied to a job, the system prevents duplicate applications for the same posting so companies see a clean, accurate applicant list.
Yes, you can withdraw an application from your dashboard at any time before a final hiring decision is made.
Open the app, go to your profile section, and update your details, skills, experience or resume at any time. Changes apply to all future applications.
You will see the rejection reason provided by our admin team in the app. You can correct the issue (documents, details) and resubmit your registration.
Currently mobile numbers are tied to your verified account. Please contact our support team for help updating your registered mobile number.
While browsing job listings in the app, tap the save icon on any job to add it to your Saved Jobs list for later.
Yes, once job alerts are enabled you will be notified when new jobs matching your profile and preferences are posted.
From the employer dashboard, open the job listing and update its details, or mark it as closed once the position is filled.
Each package defines a job posting limit, an active job limit, applicant visibility and optional featured listings. Full details are shown when selecting a package in the app.
You can renew or upgrade your package anytime from the employer dashboard before or after your current package expires.
