Indore Rozgar Hub ("we", "us", "our") operates a job portal that connects job seekers with hiring companies, through this website and our mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have. By creating an account or otherwise using Indore Rozgar Hub, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you give us directly, as well as some information generated automatically as you use the platform.
From job seekers: full name, email address, mobile number, password, profile photo, location, education, work experience, skills, and your resume.
From companies: company name, contact person name, official email address, mobile number, password, website, business address, city/state, GST number, industry category, and company logo or verification documents.
Automatically: log information such as IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the service running reliably.
We use the information collected to:
• create, verify and manage your job seeker or company account;
• match candidates with relevant job openings and let companies review applicants;
• review and approve company registrations before they can post jobs or view candidate details;
• send OTPs, account, application and job-status notifications relevant to your account;
• respond to support requests submitted through the Contact Us page or a support ticket;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to accounts;
• improve and maintain the website and mobile app.
A candidate's profile and application details are shared only with the specific company they apply to, or whose job listing they interact with. Company details shown publicly on job listings are limited to what is needed for that listing (company name, logo, industry, location). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Indore Rozgar Hub, our users, or the public.
Job seeker and employer accounts on the website sign in using a mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent to that number — there is no password entry at login. OTPs are six digits, time-limited, and used only to confirm ownership of the mobile number on the account, whether at registration or at login. Company accounts additionally require admin approval before login is permitted, even after mobile verification is complete.
Once you log in, your session stays active until you sign out yourself — we do not log you out automatically after a short period of inactivity. For your security, only one active login session is allowed per account at a time: logging in from a new device or browser will automatically end any other session that was open on that account.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Uploaded documents such as resumes, company logos, and verification documents are stored securely, and access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate the platform. OTPs are stored as hashed values and automatically expire a short time after being issued.
We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, as described in Section 8 below.
We use cookies and browser session storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and protect your account (for example, to detect when an account has logged in from a new device). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.
You may review and update most of your profile information at any time by logging into your account. To request correction, export, or deletion of your data, raise a support ticket from your dashboard or reach us through the Contact Us page, and our team will process your request, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
Indore Rozgar Hub is intended for use by individuals who are legally eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and any account found to belong to a minor may be removed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Indore Rozgar Hub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
